Health Service Technician:

Help others by being a key part in their recovery. Health Service Technicians, HST’s, are the front line in our fight against addiction. HST’s help monitor the center, client activity and perform duties as assigned during shift. Many different days and shifts are available. Medical Technician/LPN:

Medical technicians assist with passing clients medications and working with the LPNs and RN in the med room. Licensed Practical Nurses assist with making clients appointments, verifying medications, providing nursing consultation through written plans and procedures and monitoring ongoing health related needs of clients. We do offer medication assisted recovery at our facility and our medical team is a huge part of assisting clients manage their level of care. Many different days and shifts are available. LADC Internship:

Northern Minnesota Addiction Wellness center is a great place to consider while looking for a place to do your internship while you work to achieve your dream of helping others. We have had several successful interns work with us and learn what it takes to work in a high intensity inpatient treatment center. Kitchen Aides:

NMAWC provides a continental style breakfast and two hot meals a day. We recently installed a state of the art kitchen and are seeking motivated individuals who love to

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC):

Our Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors assist clients that are struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs by evaluating that use, recognizing dependency if it exists and helping clients gain insight and motivation to resolve those problems. They provide professional guidance, assistance and support for all clients effort to develop and maintain a responsible functional lifestyle.
